- INU'VIA : 0.150Kg

- Prepare and clean the ingredients
- Whisk the egg white to firm peaks with 75 g of the INU'VIA
- Gently add 75g of INU'VIA to the preparation
- Use a piping bag to put the preparation on a flat cooking plate
- Bake at 120°C for 20 min
- Bake at 100°C for 1 hour
Presentation
- Carefully remove the meringues from the stove, let it cool down and serve
