Sauce

1. Brown the lardoons with the cream
2. Mix the preparation for 2 min
3. Add the MANGER-MAINS SPECIAL, mix
4. Pack in a heat-sealed container
5. Pasteurize: 120°C, 30 min
6. Rapid cooling
7. Storage +3°C

Presentation

1. Cut strips of pasta and cubes of sauce
2. Place harmoniously on a plate
3. Reheat the dish up to +63°C
